solidly built and a good workhorseBeautiful machine that works really well. Dell's BIOS is very helpful and is a mini operating system in itself — helps tune various parameters that are normally not accessible through the BIOS. The machine is heavy and runs very hot (although that can be adjusted in the BIOS to some extent). Not a laptop for carrying around everywhere but a solid machine for travel and for gaming.

4 times memory error occurI purchased this laptop from a dell showroom and after 4 months of purchasing it started giving me memory error. although dell service has changed the memory but even after that 3 more times it gave me the same error. First I was happy to use this as it works fine but suddenly you will be annoyed a lot after it starts giving you memory error. You will be stuck there and no work can be done any more, and then you will regret purchasing such an expensive laptop which starts giving error in just 4 months of purchasing.

Bad experienceI have brought this laptop on 25 September and within 10 days of used received BSOD…blue screen of death….also the bot chat support of DEL is very horrible….all together do not go with this product…
