Earlier i received damaged product and they were kind enough to replace with new product

The product stopped working a day after the return window closed. It worked fine after the first charge, but thereafter the efficiency started dropping, and then it finally stopped working completely, within a few days of purchase.

Upon receiving the first unit, I charged it for the recommended time, but it failed to dispense water. Thinking it might be a fluke, I requested a replacement through Amazon, which was promptly provided. However, the second unit exhibited the exact same issue. Clearly, there's a significant quality control problem with this product.
While I appreciate Amazon's excellent customer service in issuing a refund, I'm left without a functional water dispenser and with wasted time. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this product. It's simply not worth the hassle."
