I bought the Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner a couple of months ago, and it has been a complete disaster from day one. Right out of the box, I encountered multiple issues. The suction power is ridiculously weak, barely picking up dust and debris, whether on carpets or hard floors. It’s unbearably loud, and the build quality feels cheap and flimsy — like it’s ready to fall apart at any moment. To top it all off, it has now completely stopped working.

But the real nightmare started with customer service. I reached out for help, only to be told by email support that my contact number didn’t match their database, so they couldn’t assist me, despite providing the invoice as proof of purchase. However, when I logged into their website using the same phone number, everything was fine. Even the customer care team over the phone confirmed that my number matched their records. Yet, the problem remained unresolved.

It’s been over three weeks since the service technician visited my home, and the issue is still not fixed. This level of incompetence and neglect is beyond frustrating.

It’s clear that Eureka Forbes has zero regard for its customers or the quality of their products. I deeply regret wasting my money on this vacuum cleaner. Don’t make the same mistake I did — steer clear of this brand! There are far better alternatives out there that offer reliable performance and, most importantly, real customer service.
