Overall good watch but the disappointed part is battery backup which is ok ok.

After a week with the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic (47mm), I’m impressed with its solid build and bold design. The large 47mm dial fits my preference perfectly, giving the watch a classy yet functional look. Charging is efficient, taking about 2 hours to go from 8% to 100%.
Battery: The battery lasts around 1.5 days, which is decent for a smartwatch with LTE. While it doesn’t last multiple days, it’s enough for daily use for me I have turn of all health related facility.
Features: I mainly use the watch for LTE connectivity, which works reliably. I don’t rely on the health tracking, but for connectivity and ease of use, it’s a great choice.
Overall: This watch is ideal for those who need a large dial and strong LTE functionality. Battery life could be better, but for my needs, it’s a perfect fit.

It’s a great watch with very good features looks good on your wrist with big 47 it’s a value for money deal with great features like on the Apple Watch actually it’s have more than it u have a Apple Watch as well and the step count is accurate for me using Apple Watch is little bit easy then this any way I am using it from 3 days will get used to it overall it’s a good package

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic (Bluetooth, Silver) from Amazon India, and what should have been a smooth and enjoyable experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Here's my story, and I urge future buyers to think twice before making a similar purchase:

1. Defective Product
The watch I received had a non-functional body composition sensor right out of the box. I followed all troubleshooting steps mentioned in forums, including resetting the watch, updating to the latest firmware (One UI 6.0), and restarting multiple times—none of which resolved the issue.

2. Amazon's Appalling Replacement Policy
When I contacted Amazon for a replacement, I was shocked to learn that the product wasn’t eligible for a direct replacement. Instead, I was told to visit the service center to obtain a DOA (Dead on Arrival) certificate. This was despite the product being only two days old! Amazon’s "7-day service center replacement" policy is absolutely customer-unfriendly and feels like they’re washing their hands off the responsibility.

3. The Service Center Hassle
I had to travel 300 kilometers (up and down) to reach the nearest Samsung service center, losing nearly half a day of my time and arriving late to work. At the service center:

I waited for hours before they even looked at the watch.

The staff confirmed the defect and gave me the DOA certificate, but their attitude showed no concern for the hassle I was going through.

4. Refund Instead of Replacement
After going through the exhausting process of traveling to the service center and obtaining the DOA certificate, I submitted it to Amazon, only to be informed that they could only process a refund, not a replacement. To add insult to injury, Amazon had earlier denied a return request, stating that the product was only eligible for service center replacement.

The service center itself could have resolved the issue by offering a direct replacement, especially since the product was just a day old. Instead, they opted to issue a DOA certificate, unnecessarily prolonging the ordeal.

This policy is not just flawed but outright cruel to customers. If I wanted a refund, I would have never wasted my time and energy traveling hundreds of kilometers and disrupting my work schedule. Amazon's contradictory policies leave customers stuck in a no-win situation, and this entire ordeal feels like being punished for trusting both Amazon and Samsung with my purchase.

5. Poor Quality Assurance by Samsung
The fact that such an expensive product had a major defect right out of the box speaks volumes about Samsung’s declining quality control. As a loyal Samsung customer, I feel extremely let down.

6. Impact on My Day
This experience disrupted my schedule, caused unnecessary stress, and wasted precious hours of my time that I’ll never get back. It’s appalling that Amazon and Samsung don’t seem to value the time and effort of their customers.

My Advice to Buyers:

Avoid purchasing products from this seller, as the quality assurance appears non-existent.

If you must buy, be prepared for a long and painful process if the product is defective.

Consider buying from authorized offline stores, where replacements might be handled more swiftly.

To Amazon and Samsung:

Amazon: Fix your replacement policies! A 7-day service center replacement is simply unacceptable for a product that arrives defective. Customers shouldn't have to jump through hoops for something that’s clearly the seller's fault.

Samsung: Improve your quality checks! A flagship product like the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic should not have such critical defects right out of the box.

This experience has been a huge disappointment, and I’ll think twice before trusting either Amazon or Samsung for future purchases.

I have GW4, but I was missing out on the bezel. Absolute Goliath of a watch on hand the 47mm version. Bulky and Sturdy. The battery is the same as GW4, a little more I guess. SAMSUNG should have used the same battery used in Watch 5 Pro. Samsung, please retain the classic model. I believe this was the last classic model so grabbed it at a great price.

The ECG and BP features work only with Samsung phones! This is not clearly called out on the description and technical specs. Very disappointing. The description was misleading!!
The battery is very very poor. Doesn't last even for 24 hours and takes 1.5 hours to charge.
So with above constraints watch is pretty useless for me.
The Amazon customer service wouldn't even take responsibility to update the product description.
Absolute waste of my money.
