I had a Samsung before this which was more convenient to use. However i have no complaints with this Panasonic either.

The sound is quite less, wash quality is good too, I did the installation myself because they didn't send the person on the next day as advertised. Later the person came after a week when i booked the request. Didn't know I was supposed to do that.

Water level indicator is a weird one. It has level 1-10, makes no sense. Ideally it should just have 3 levels, low medium and high based on the amount of clothes put in it.

Overall 4/5, I've deducted one point mainly because of the installation drama and that I was unnecessarily sold a water softener because my machine would otherwise get damaged. The water tds level in my flat is about 200. Google says upto 500 is fine to use. But what do I know? I'm just a dumb customer.

Good machine with great build quality and functionality specially for bachelors. It properly washes the clothes with very low sound. It is good for those who are living in cities and have taken machines on 800-1k rent. Go for it with EMI; your EMI will be the same as your rent.

But there is two problems i noted, 1) There is no soap tray, we have to pour the soap solution on the clothes and 2) There is no additives tray

Otherwise the machine is OK

THIS DESERVES A NEGATIVE STAR.

I recently purchased a Panasonic washing machine from Amazon, and it's been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. When the washing machine arrived, I was shocked to find that the drum was already rusted. I couldn't believe it—this was supposed to be a brand-new machine!

I immediately contacted customer care, hoping for a swift resolution. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of my frustrations. The customer care team took forever to respond. Days turned into weeks, and every time I managed to get through, I was met with unhelpful responses and excuses.

To make matters worse, Amazon refused to offer a replacement for the defective washing machine because it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. This left me in a frustrating loop, as Panasonic's customer service was equally unresponsive and dismissive. I felt like I was being passed around with no one willing to take responsibility for the faulty product.

It's incredibly disappointing to spend a significant amount of money on a product, only to receive something that is damaged and unusable. The lack of support and accountability from both Amazon and Panasonic has left me feeling extremely let down. I expected better from such reputable companies, but this experience has been a complete disaster. NEVER purchasing anything from Amazon or Panasonic ever.

Good product value for money

I brought this machine just few months back. A very good product, Top loaded machine. I have no complaints as of now as it works wonderfully for this price!!. It's worth it.

It's an excellent product by Panasonic. Perfect match for a single person or a couple. It's energy efficient. Good functions. Low vibration. Low noice level. Water consumption depending upon the load of the clothes. It weighs clothes automatically and it decides water level as well as time to wash. 12 functions are very useful for different conditions. I just didn't understand that why is Panasonic gives 1.5 meter water supply pipe which is useless almost all the cases. Panasonic could ask customers their requirement of water supply and outlet pipes' lengths. And provide those as per requirements. Panasonic can ask for additional cost. Panasonic should think about it. I had to purchase 3 meter water supply pipe from a nearby shop. The installation persons always keep additional water supply pipe with them and they may sell those in higher rates.
Suggestions to all customers. Please buy a trolley for your washing machine which should have wheels with locking mechanism. It's useful while cleaning the area below the washing machine. Also, purchase water supply pipe yourself from nearby hardware shop. Installation person may charge you double or more than that.

I am fully satisfied with the product. I recommend can blindly trust with the product. All function are well working. It's noise level like silent. Value for money. I' am using from 4 month. After one year again I shall given another feedback.
