"I purchased the Qlect Automatic Water Dispenser hoping for the convenience it promised. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
Upon receiving the first unit, I charged it for the recommended time, but it failed to dispense water. Thinking it might be a fluke, I requested a replacement through Amazon, which was promptly provided. However, the second unit exhibited the exact same issue. Clearly, there's a significant quality control problem with this product.
While I appreciate Amazon's excellent customer service in issuing a refund, I'm left without a functional water dispenser and with wasted time. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this product. It's simply not worth the hassle."
