Update : PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORTTineco S5 Pro is a life changer for me as far as cleaning my sweet home is concerned. When my house maid informed me that she is leaving the job; I was terrified imagining how to keep my home clean as my kids were too small and they kept on munching things after putting them on floor. The very sight of exposure to germs and dirt was pounding my heart out. One of my friends suggested me this product and it has really bailed me out of all my worries. I call it as my dream machine. Tineco S5 Pro has entered my life and home as a saviour and literally I can claim that I have got new two hands to work. The brooming and mopping can be done simultaneously without investing much time. It is a convenient option as it is cordless and I can move anywhere without any shackles. Indeed, a hassle-free option for any homemaker to keep the floor clean as it is more efficient than human intervention and it can suck even the minute dirt particles. It is surely a must have product for every home and I strongly recommend it for all the homemakers to make your life convenient.
UPDATE: my machine stopped working today. Feels like the suction is not working properly. I called the customer care executive and they took the matter lightly. I again called them in noon and i was assured that i would be getting a call back soon. Whats the point of paying a hefty price for this thing when you aint attended on priority? There was an extended warranty available on their website, which i purchased today without getting in details and now i got to know that its of no use as you have to purchase it within 30 days of purchase. Such a crap ! Unlike other countries where a two year warranty of this product is available, here they are giving only one year warranty. And they told me that they would refund my money of extended warranty after deducting a processing fee of 500 INR and bank charges. This company is definitely not consumer friendly. Dont know for what thing they are charging 500 INR? I have spent my money, i am not even getting the warranty and there they come to ROB us with their pathetic policies. DEFINITELY A BIG NO FOR THIS PRODUCT FROM MY SIDE. USERS PLEASE DONT BUY THIS AT ALL AS THEY DO NOT HAVE A GOOD AFTER SALES SUPPORT FOR THIS PRODUCT.

Good Product. Worth the money.Using for 6 months now. Good vacuums cleaner for apartment with tiled floor. Much convenient than wired and heavy and noisy cleaners… Enough power for dust and hair removal. cordless vaccum cleaner can clean a 1000 sq ft 2 BHK apartment two to three times before charging again. Gets charged in 3 Hrs. Low centre of gravity makes it very easy to move around and light weight to use. after usage, the floor feels as dust free as vacuumed with more powerful corded vacuum cleaners. The dust bin is enough for 5 clean sweeps of the apartment. Opening the bin is little tedious due to its design but not difficult. Makes much less volume than wired vaccumes but is not noiseless… The charging port in which this cleaner goes and attaches is made of plastic. This could have been made of stronger material. No issues if you are careful to lift and remove the vaccume cleaner from this slot (don't pull). I have not been able to remove the brush for cleaning. there is knob, when pressed doesn't release the brush assembly. Maybe I am not doing it right. But not a big issue. The brush bristles are black. After some months of usage, you don't know if you are looking at the bristles or hair. We might end up pulling the bristles with the cleaning tool supplied thinking its hairs on the brush. None of the above issues are deal breaker for me though. overall a good product. I had issues with warranty. The box said it had 2 years of warranty but when registered I got only 1 year.. Complained and the company said they will honour two years as written on box. Good product.

Great product excellent customer service.We have had this vacuum for a little over a year we read all of the reviews and were prepared that the battery life isn’t as long as some models but we also only have a couple of area rugs that we needed it for so it is a great fit for our home. I can do the two rooms needed and furniture with no problem. The portability is great as I use it for our vehicles as well. the suction is great and it is easy to clean.
We had a minor issue a few months back and reached out to customer service and they were so easy and great to work with. They sent replacement parts that were needed and even called back to make sure the problem was resolved and just recently checked back to make sure the issue had stayed resolved. We really appreciated it. Great product and great customer service

So light and easy to useLove how light it is and love how it works on hardwood floors. I have three dogs so this is perfect to do a daily sweep of the floors. The light is awesome and shows everything. I also used it directly on a large dog bed and it swept up the hair easily. It's super quiet. I have not used it on my carpeted spaces and I haven't used the attachments yet but I'm sure it will meet or surpass my expectations. If I had one negative it would be that I had to dig the hair out of the canister but I used the small hook/brush tool and it came out pretty easily. For the price and what I've experienced so far it's totally worth i.

ImpressedI bought this vacuum to use on our hard wood floors & cannot believe how much it picks up. We have outside pets & track in more hair then we realized. The light on this vacuum revealed just how much we were missing just using a broom & swiffer. The battery life is good unless you use the highest setting. The highest setting works great on the few carpets in our home. The low profile goes under tables, chairs, cabinets, & appliances with ease.

Excellent vacuumThis is my first cordless vacuum so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but it is exactly what I was looking for. Most importantly, it has great suction. Other things I love about it: the battery lasts long enough that I can clean the whole house (if I’m so inclined), it is lightweight, and it is quiet. I never thought a vacuum needed a light on it but it is brilliant (pun intended). I can actually see all those dog hairs I didn’t know existed. The charging stand is sleek and free standing. One thing to be aware of – it did not come with the mini nozzle for when you want to use the hand held vacuum. I didn’t care because I have a separate hand vac.
