Poor service, average productWhat comes from a trustable brand is a very average product and below par post sales service.
A trimmer has many cases of being problematic and a service center is supposed to resolve the issues. But from a simple battery change to any other fixes they just refuse and want you to buy a new product all together.
Their social media team tries to help, but having got 2 trimmers, I've faced the same repeated problem in a couple of years.
Try switching your brand just for the customer service post sales which aims for profits and never customer satisfaction.
The trimmer works well but has serious battery issues.
