とても軽くて取り付けやすかったです。長く使えるのがとても助かります。

取付け時一時迷いましたが何とかセット出来ました。説明書はもう少し分かりやすいほうが良いと思う。

Though Graco is a known brand, and it’s a prime product..this particular model is badly designed. It says up to 11 years but my 4 year old had difficulties sitting because if the smaller hand rests and lack of under thigh support .

When I tried returning, Amazon made me run around saying we will raise return. 4 returns were raised along with an investigation. In the end they just said we determined we cannot take this back. That’s it. They say I denied return. I have my gate pre approvals set up for all days of return. So clearly the seller is not taking this back and Amazon is showing like I denied and the agent finally said..I can’t help you any more so I’m cutting the call.

What hurt was not the loss of money but the fact that they treated me like a troublesome customer without so much as a courtesy of telling me the outcome of their “investigation”
