Reliable Windows laptopI have been using this laptop for a month now and am very happy with it. It is good for daily use and is very fast and responsive.

Dumb product do not buy, product is different from specificationI had ordered this laptop but when recieved laptop is different from given specification
1. No OLED panel – This laptop has IPS panel having only 250 nits peak brightness
2. No backlit keyboard
My recommendation do not buy laptop online better go buy offline shop check everything before buy.

Worst product I ever buy from Amazon.Worst product I ever buy from Amazon.
As per product specification there is backlight keyboard but actual product does not have any backlight functionality.
Amazon doesn't provide any help in this regard.

Disappointing Experience with Laptop Purchase and Return ProcessI purchased an ASUS laptop that was advertised to have a backlit keyboard but didn’t include this feature. Within three days, the laptop started showing defects. After contacting ASUS Service Center, they issued a DOA certificate. However, Amazon refused to accept the return, citing their return policy. Left with no choice, I filed a case with the consumer court. Only after 17 days did Amazon finally accept the return. This experience was highly frustrating and disappointing

The display quality and build quality is decent(i did run 4k videos from YouTube (it lagged a bit))
The performance is good, it does not lag. If you are looking for work/buissness oriented laptop with decent display quality then this is a good choice. Rest all features are good. I did get ms office lifetime and 1 yr antivirus of mcafee. Over all it's an average laptop. If you are looking for a good laptop with no backlit for coding then this is a good choice. Battery life is good. Weight is 1.6 kg. It has dual slot memory.
