24-Oct: Product delivered, identified its in-built speaker was not upto my expectation, my primary use is for work. Office calls will be a big problem with such less volume.
25-Oct: Placed a return request. Inspection was scheduled on 26th Oct Noon for Lenovo technician to visit. No one visited, issue marked as resolved.
26-Oct: Called Amazon customer care on the above, rep advised to wait for 48 hrs to complete, he will follow up which he did not.
27-Oct: I called customer again, the rep who attended advised me to walk-in to lenovo store with the product for service. She neither bothered about where that particular return policy is mentioned in our 19+minutes call, not helped with address or location of nearby lenovo service centre, was acting all annoyed and abruptly ended the call.
27-Oct: I again called customer care, another rep responded with very careful tone (may she already aware of my previous discussion with her colleagues), she advised she will arrange a return, she apologised for lenovo tech not visiting and previous mishaps by amazon customer service. She promised she will call me back within 48 hours.
No calls so far, no tickets raised internally, because of no tickets or history recorded i had to recap all the episodes. One customer service rep. not responding well can be understood, but whole bunch of them manipulating customer, no helpring properly, ending the call abruptly, Technicians marking the the visit as 'Completed, No issues' without even visting, customer care not taking this complaint seriously, i have been a amazon customer for more than a decade. Stopped using flipkart for exactly the same reason. I have never expected this from Amazon and this will be my last order with Amazon, so i never have to have the pleasure of sweet interactions with their customer care ever.

One of the major reason for me to buy this was to have a big screen for my workstation. It will help me open multiple documents and use both the display in split view. You can work on more than two documents in the same time.

The screen quality is awesome. However, do not expect powerful speakers. The loudness is just as good as built in speakers of laptops.

Features and specifications would be adequate for professionals. Gamers are suggested to consider other options.

Build and quality is superb. Installation is super easy and can be done in 2 minutes. Comes with sturdy stand made of metal.

Looks very premium.

The monitor is great with good screen size and picture quality. Only thing it misses is inbuilt speakers, had they been there, this would have been the best monitor in this price bracket.

The media could not be loaded. Got it for 8800, amazing 24i monitor what i loved most is the minimal design almost bezel-less from 3 sides and the matte non glossy display is gorgeous kinda makes it look like an apple pro res display lol. Very thin and sleek good for content watching or editing and some light triple A gaming, def not for competitive gaming tho. Using it w asus rog handheld pc

I've been using this monitor for the past 6 months and so far there have been no issues with the display. I use this mainly for watching movies and stuff. I don't use it as a personal computer and the inbuilt display settings are good. It has good pixel ratio and I'm satisfied with the quality of this product. If anyone is looking to use this monitor as a TV or a substitute for a TV by pairing it with a fire stick, it's good enough.
