Size is quite adjustable and can be used to do various exercise like pullups ,tricep extensions. little bit expensive but worth to buy for long term use .it does not bend it can easily handle heavy weights. But I get frustrated on leveling it whether the bar is straight or tilted. All over the quality of product is good so I can tolerate the leveling thing 😀 so 4 stars
