Great for Group Calls

I got this as Facetime and video calls with family; you either have to hold the phone or stay in one spot. Sometimes, I like making dinner or just being able to sit comfortably without the need to "remain in frame." This device helps with all of that!
The tracking is great! Nice and smooth! I was skeptical that this thing would work and keep up with me, but it does. It is great! It is quick – not delayed like you might expect – which is key.
It is very compact and easy to travel with—and yes, you will want to take it with you. The tracking needs no software to be installed, again adding to why this is a great purchase. Just follow the included directions, and you are off! The battery life is pretty good for this, and for my needs, I do not need to charge it that often – maybe once a week if I use it for several days – though that depends on the length you are using it.
If I had any complaints – which I really don't, it would be that the feel seems a bit cheap. The plastic has a feel that seems like it is likely to break – though it hasn't, which is a testament to how well it is made.

Great For Content Creators

I got this auto-tracking phone holder to use for both business and personal purposes making video content for various projects. It has come in handy for me quite a few times and I enjoy using it. It is essentially a selfie stick, tripod, and phone holder all rolled into one, with the added bonus of being able to track me as I move through out the recording. It is so much more convenient to use compared to having to hold the phone to record. The tracking works really well, it is able to follow me and keeps me centered in the frame even as I am moving around.
Getting it set up was easy too. I just followed the provided instructions. All I had to do was just screw the phone holder onto the stick, and attach my phone.
The tracking feature does not need any apps or bluetooth connections, which is a definite plus. It works by recognizing my face and automatically adjusting the holder to keep me centered in the shot. It is pretty accurate for the most part although it sometimes gets a little confused if there are other people or objects nearby.
I like the portability of the device. The whole thing is about the size of a water bottle, so I can easily toss it in my bag and take it wherever I need to go and shoot video. The battery life is decent. I can get through a few hours of filming before needing to recharge.
As far as any cons about it, the build quality does feel a bit plasticy, but it has been sturdy enough and held up to everyday use. So the durability has been there thus far.
I have had an overall good experience using this auto-tracking phone holder. It is a versatile tool that has helped me to create smoother, more professional looking content at a good value.

Doesn’t work. Won’t even turn on on.

As the title of my review says, this doesn’t work. It will not even turn on. We tried charging it multiple times and doing everything we could to get it to come on. But it just doesn’t work. Nothing happens. It went straight into the trash, unfortunately
